Singapore, March 16, 2026 – Qweebi, an online STEM learning platform, has raised $500,000 in seed funding led by Inflection Point Ventures (IPV). The round included participation from industry veterans like Jeroen Tas (former Philips executive) and Arpit Jain (SplashLearn CEO). The funds will fuel product development and expansion into U.S. school districts.
Addressing the Challenges of Hands-On STEM Learning
Traditional STEM education faces significant hurdles. Teachers often spend hours preparing materials, sourcing components, and dealing with setup/cleanup logistics. This limits the frequency and depth of hands-on learning opportunities, despite its proven effectiveness. Hands-on experience is essential for mastering technical skills, yet many schools struggle to deliver it consistently.
Qweebi solves this problem by bringing engineering and robotics projects entirely online. Teachers gain access to a library of pre-built projects with lesson plans and guides, reducing prep time from hours to minutes. Students build virtual prototypes that mimic real-world functionality, eliminating the need for physical supplies and maximizing learning time.
Rapid Adoption Driven by Organic Growth
More than 5,200 U.S. schools (approximately 4% nationwide) have adopted Qweebi organically, serving over 100,000 students. This growth is largely driven by teachers sharing the platform on social media, indicating strong demand for scalable digital STEM solutions.
“STEM education is becoming increasingly important, yet schools often struggle with the costs and logistics of hands-on learning. Qweebi’s browser-based approach removes these barriers,” says Mitesh Shah, Co-founder of Inflection Point Ventures.
Qweebi’s Core Value Proposition
Qweebi’s platform allows teachers to deliver high-quality hands-on projects within 3-4 class periods, experiences that would traditionally require weeks of coordination or be replaced by simpler alternatives.
CEO Vivek Seetharaman emphasizes the importance of “learning-by-doing.” Qweebi aims to make hands-on learning simple and accessible, ensuring every child has the opportunity to master STEM concepts through practical application.
Experienced Leadership Team
The Qweebi team brings deep experience in interactive 3D platforms and venture-backed startups. CEO Vivek Seetharaman previously founded Doowup (acquired by HomeLane), where he later served as CTO/CPO, scaling a virtual interior design platform to serve over 20,000 homes. CBO Aman Bansal led revenue growth at HomeLane, scaling a new business unit from $1M to $10M annually. Chief Design Officer Abhishek Avana led 3D design at LiveLikeVR, working with major broadcasters like BBC and Fox Sports.
Looking Ahead
Qweebi’s rapid organic growth and experienced leadership position it as a key player in the evolving landscape of K-12 STEM education. The $500K seed funding will enable further product development and expansion, making hands-on learning more accessible to students worldwide.
The company’s success highlights the growing demand for innovative, scalable solutions that bridge the gap between traditional classroom instruction and real-world application in STEM fields.
